The Ulti‑Lead 180mm Grey Smooth lead replacement flashing is a high‑performance alternative to traditional lead, designed to make roof junction sealing easier and more reliable. Ideal for both flat and pitched roof applications, it performs like real lead but without the weight, cost or handling issues.

Manufactured with a reinforced aluminium mesh core and smooth outer finish, this flashing is strong, flexible and easy to shape around chimneys, abutments, roof windows and other junctions — even on complex roof details. It features a polyisobutylene adhesive backing that bonds securely to most building surfaces, creating a waterproof seal without the need for extra tape, welding or sealants.

Available in a 180 mm width and 5 m length, this versatile flashing strip is easy to cut and shape on site for rapid installation, making it ideal for professional roofers and DIYers alike.
