Delivery Charges

 

Standard GB Mainland Delivery     

           

Orders under £100 will be charged a delivery fee of £10. 

 

All orders £100+ will have free standard delivery applied at checkout. 

 

 Express 1 - 2 Day Delivery               

 

 Not currently available 

 

Delivery timescales are to working days only - no deliveries will be made on weekends or bank holidays. Please do not plan to start any installation until goods arrive.

 

Delivery Restrictions

 

Unfortunately, we currently only deliver to mainland UK meaning we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, IM, PO31-PO41, JE, GY and HA1-H9 postcode areas. Should you require further information please contact us on [email protected]

 

Delivery

 

We aim to deliver your order on your chosen delivery date; however, please note that this date is an estimate and not a guarantee. While we always do our best to meet your selected delivery date, deliveries may take up to 3–5 working days depending on demand, our courier schedules, and other external factors.

 

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of the selected delivery date, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

 

All items must be checked for any sign of damage or picking errors upon delivery. Should there be any discrepancy with regard to the condition of our items delivered to you (the customer), you must not sign for those goods and contact us within 1 working day to notify us of the error so we can rectify this as soon as possible.


Before booking your installation, we urge you to ensure the goods have arrived in acceptable condition. This will enable you to check for missing items, damaged or defects before proceeding with the installation. This provides enough time for Direct Plastics to resolve any problems or order any extra items required.

Signing the delivery consignment note will confirm that all goods received are in good condition and all items have been received as per your original order.

 

Returns 

 

Order Discrepencies & Damages 

 

To gain a refund, any damages and order discrepancies should be reported within 24 hours to our customer service team by either emailing us at [email protected] or calling us on 01254 918 046.

 

All items should be inspected upon delivery. Signing the delivery consignment note will confirm that all goods received are in good condition, and all items have been received.

 

Any returns due to over ordered quantities must be returned within 14 days for a refund. 

 

A 10% restocking charge will be charged for any returned items dropped off at one of our pre-arranged drop off points. Whilst a 20% restocking fee will be charged should we arrange our own transport to come and collect the items.
